Uniform and easy to grow, it posses tender, smooth, mild flavour that can be harvested at any stage. Microgreens and young leaves can be eaten fresh in salads, while mature plants are great steamed, stir-fried and braised. Takes 10-14 days for microgreens, 20-25 days to baby leaf and 40-55 days to full maturity. Colour intensifies in colder temperatures.
